Upon ordering, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Orders will be processed within 2 business days. All orders usually ship within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the specific product page. You will receive an email with tracking information upon shipment.

QuietKat Utility Vehicles (not bikes) are made to order and will ship 2-3 weeks from the purchase date.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, including our "free shipping" option. 

CANCELLATIONS

We pride ourselves on quick order processing and fulfillment. All canceled orders are subject to the normal return policy. The customer must contact Chargd and obtain an RMA. The bike must be returned to the correct address. 

If the customer refuses delivery of an item, they will be given a refund less the original "free shipping" offer, return shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee. 

Pre-Orders or backordered items cancelled after 24 hours from the time of purchase, will incur a $50 administration fee and a flat 15% restocking fee regardless of the scheduled shipping date. If your item has shipped, it is held to the same policy as mentioned above.

QuietKat products that are pre or backorders CANNOT be cancelled after 48 hours from the date of purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, including our "free shipping" option. 

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to our cancellation policy.

 

RETURNS

Chargd allows returns to be initiated up to 14 days from the date of product delivery. Please email us at info@chargdelectricbikes.com, to notify us of your intent. All returns will be made directly to the manufacturer of the product, but must be initiated by Chargd Electric Bikes. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once a return is processed and accepted by the manufacturer, Chargd will release the return credit. Refunds will be issued only to the card used for payment.

All products MUST be unused, in new condition with no visible defects. All returns will incur up to a 35% restocking fee, deducted from your return. All items must be shipped in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If your purchase came with a free gift, the gift MUST be returned as well. Amazon gift cards are non-refundable. All refunded orders that came with an Amazon gift card will be refunded less the price of the gift card.

Exception: We do not accept returns on AddMotor bikes. The AddMotor Bikes come with a 1-year all-inclusive warranty that will be used to replace any parts that are defective or malfunctioning upon delivery. Absolutely No Returns.

Exception: Emojo bikes have a 7 day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns will only be accepted if the manufacturer fails to resolve a mechanical or technical issue. A restocking fee of 35% will be deducted from the return.

 

DAMAGES

Due to the nature of shipping and packaging an electric bike, sometimes damage may occur during shipment. ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO info@chargdelectricbikes.com WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, and send us any and all photos of the shipment. If there is visible damage to the package please take photos. Ask the delivery driver to note the damage and ask to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Please send photos and a description to info@chargdelectricbikes.com and we will process a claim on your behalf. CLAIMS WITH OUT SUPPORTING DESCRIPTIONS & PHOTOS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. 

 

Bat-Bike® Electric Bicycle - Limited Warranty

What is covered?
Any defect in material and workmanship resulting from personal, normal use in accordance with the owner's manual.

For how long?
One (1) year from the day of purchase for bike, bike parts, battery and electronics. Bike accessories are covered under this warranty for 90 days.

Who gets the warranty?
The warranty is nontransferable and limited to the person who originally purchased the product.

Geographic scope:
This warranty applies only to original Bat-Bike products purchased in the United States from Bat-Bike, a local fully authorized Bat-Bike dealer or distributor. International shipping cost for product/parts or repair services for caddies exported from the country of original purchase are not covered by warranty.

Limitations & Liability:
Implied warranties, including those of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability are limited to one year from date of purchase. We will not pay for: loss of use of your product or property damage caused by your electric bicycle product or battery or its failure to work; any special incidental or consequential damages resulting from performance or failure to perform under this agreement, or from the furnishing, performance or use of any goods or service sold pursuant hereto, whether due to a breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, misuse or modification of the product or otherwise neither you nor spacom shall have any liability to the other for indirect or punitive damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein.

What we will do:
If your bike or any parts thereof are defective under the terms and definitions of this warranty, we will send you replacement parts, repair it or, at our discretion, replace it at no charge to you. Refunds may be issued only according to the Company's current return policy in the Terms & Conditions.

How to get warranty service?
To get warranty service for your bike you must contact one of Bat-Bike's Service & Support Centers and provide proof of date and place of purchase of the product. At our discretion we will provide one of the following Warranty services:

  • Do-It-Yourself Service: Call a Bat-Bike Service Center to diagnose the problem and make arrangements to get appropriate replacement parts.
  • Bat-Bike Shop Service: If repair cannot be reasonably easy performed by customer, we will return your bike or the defective parts in question to one of our Service Centers and repair or replace them at our expense.
  • 3rd Party Shop Service: In certain cases repairs might be performed faster and more cost effective by a local 3rd party mechanic or repair shop, and Bat-Bike might choose such services at our discretion. In such cases Bat-Bike will reimburse reasonable repair cost.

For warranty services you must retain the original packing material in the event you need to ship your product back to one of our Service Centers. Charges for replacement packaging and shipping of such will apply.

Upon contacting a Bat-Bike Service Center or authorized dealer we will determine the appropriate service option under this warranty. The contact numbers, e-mails and addresses of our Service Centers can be found on our website at www.bat-bike.com

What this warranty does not cover:
This warranty does not cover wear parts, such as rubber tire treads or remote control batteries or scratches/dents on frame or components caused by normal use. The warranty does not cover damage to the bike caused by batteries or chargers other than those supplied by Bat-Bike or third party damage caused by batteries and chargers in general. The warranty does not cover any defects resulting from accidents, damage while in transit to our service locations, or damage resulting from alterations, misuse or abuse or ignoring of operating instructions, lack of proper maintenance, water damage due to hosing down or power washing product or submerged contact with water hazards, lakes or other water bodies, any loss of control of the unit resulting in equipment or consequential damage, unauthorized repair or modifications of the product, affixing any attachment not provided with the product, overloading of the product, fire, flood, or acts of God, or failure to follow the instructions in the Owner’s manual. This warranty also does not cover any international shipping cost or foreign repair services due to exportation of the cart from the country of original purchase.

This warranty is the only one we will give on your product, and it sets forth all our responsibilities regarding your product. There are no other express warranties! What payment methods are accepted? 

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Paypal, Amazon Payments, and Apple Pay. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions.

How much does shipping cost? 

We currently offer FREE shipping to the contiguous (lower 48) United States on all bicycles. All other locations, including Alaska and Hawaii will require us to provide a shipping quote. Please contact us before placing your order, and we can provide you with the added shipping costs up front.

Can you ship to Canada? 

We can ship X-Treme brand bikes to Canada for a flat rate of $450. Surface 604 bikes ship free. Prodecotech bikes can be shipped on the customer's shipping account, where they will be responsible for all charges. All other brands will require a quote. Please contact us before placing your order, and we can provide you with the added shipping costs up front.

How long does shipping take?

We most often ship via UPS Ground or FedEx. Lighter orders may be fulfilled vis USPS First Class Priority Mail. Most items will ship within 3 business days of purchase and require 3-7 business days of travel time, depending on your location. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, and have not heard from us, please contact us immediately. 

There are some items that take longer to ship. Some ProdecoTech models require 7-10 business days to be built before they're shipped. QuietKat All-Terrain 3-Wheel vehicles require 2-3 weeks to be built before shipping. Any exceptions to our normal policy will be noted on the product page.

Will my bike be assembled when it arrives?

No, it will not be 100% assembled. In order to keep shipping free, all bikes must be packaged in a box. Please check out our ASSEMBLY page for more details!

Does my bike come with a warranty?

Yes, every bike comes with standard with a manufacturer's warranty. However, each manufacturer does have a different warranty program. Please check the warranty tab on the product your inquiring about or visit our WARRANTY page and follow the link to the manufacturer of your bike!

Are there any discounts available?

If the product in question has a discount that is currently activated, there will be a note on the products page, located under the add to cart button or shipping timeline details. If there is any special discounts, they may sometimes be displayed in the yellow notification bar at the top of the website. If you are buying 2 or more bikes at one time, please contact us and we may be able to negotiate a special discount for your order.

What payment methods are accepted? 

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Paypal, Amazon Payments, and Apple Pay. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions.

How much does shipping cost? 

We currently offer FREE shipping to the contiguous (lower 48) United States on all bicycles. All other locations, including Alaska and Hawaii will require us to provide a shipping quote. Please contact us before placing your order, and we can provide you with the added shipping costs up front.

Can you ship to Canada? 

We can ship X-Treme brand bikes to Canada for a flat rate of $450. Surface 604 bikes ship free. Prodecotech bikes can be shipped on the customer's shipping account, where they will be responsible for all charges. All other brands will require a quote. Please contact us before placing your order, and we can provide you with the added shipping costs up front.

How long does shipping take?

We most often ship via UPS Ground or FedEx. Lighter orders may be fulfilled vis USPS First Class Priority Mail. Most items will ship within 3 business days of purchase and require 3-7 business days of travel time, depending on your location. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, and have not heard from us, please contact us immediately. 

There are some items that take longer to ship. Some ProdecoTech models require 7-10 business days to be built before they're shipped. QuietKat All-Terrain 3-Wheel vehicles require 2-3 weeks to be built before shipping. Any exceptions to our normal policy will be noted on the product page.

Will my bike be assembled when it arrives?

No, it will not be 100% assembled. In order to keep shipping free, all bikes must be packaged in a box. Please check out our ASSEMBLY page for more details!

Does my bike come with a warranty?

Yes, every bike comes with standard with a manufacturer's warranty. However, each manufacturer does have a different warranty program. Please check the warranty tab on the product your inquiring about or visit our WARRANTY page and follow the link to the manufacturer of your bike!

Are there any discounts available?

If the product in question has a discount that is currently activated, there will be a note on the products page, located under the add to cart button or shipping timeline details. If there is any special discounts, they may sometimes be displayed in the yellow notification bar at the top of the website. If you are buying 2 or more bikes at one time, please contact us and we may be able to negotiate a special discount for your order.
